Das Cajun Gewürz von Naturideen® bringt die würzig-scharfe Seele der Südstaatenküche direkt nach Hause. Ursprünglich geprägt durch Einwanderer aus Spanien, Frankreich und Afrika, vereint die Cajun-Küche kräftige Aromen und intensive Schärfe. Im Unterschied zur kreolischen Küche, die oft milder abgeschmeckt ist, gilt die Cajun-Küche als besonders herzhaft und pikant.

Die verschiedenen Chilisorten (Cayenne, Ancho und Bird-Eyes) verleihen der Mischung ihre typische Schärfe und enthalten reichlich Capsaicin, das den Stoffwechsel anregt, die Durchblutung fördert und für eine wohltuende Wärme sorgt.

Der schwarze und weiße Pfeffer verstärken die Würze, wirken verdauungsfördernd und verbessern die Aufnahme anderer Nährstoffe.

Oregano und Thymian geben der Mischung eine mediterrane Kräuternote und enthalten viele ätherische Öle sowie Antioxidantien, die das Immunsystem unterstützen und entzündungshemmend wirken können.
